Accommodation services are provided in accordance with the Rules for the Provision of Hotel Services and Services of Other Accommodation Facilities in the Russian Federation, approved by Russian Government Resolution No. 1912 of 27 November 2025, and Russian legislation.

Check-in and check-out times
Standard check-in - from 15:00.
Check-out and the settlement time - by 12:00.
All times are local to the recreation centre (UTC+03:00).
Arriving and departing guests are served daily from 08:00 to 23:00. If you plan to arrive outside these hours, contact the administration in advance to arrange check-in.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and must be agreed with the administration. Conditions and prices are communicated before you agree to the service.
Booking and payment
Bookings are made through the TravelLine module on the booking page or through recreation centre staff.
Before booking, review the dates, accommodation category, number and ages of guests, included services, total price, payment conditions and cancellation conditions.
The advance payment amount, available payment methods and payment deadlines depend on the selected rate. These conditions are shown during booking and in the booking confirmation.
The recreation centre confirms the booking. After receiving confirmation, check the dates of your stay, guest details, accommodation and payment information.
Services not included in the accommodation price are purchased separately with the guest's consent. Their scope, price and payment conditions are communicated before ordering.
To change dates, the guest list or other booking details, contact the recreation centre. The availability of changes and their conditions are agreed with the guest.
Cancellation, late arrival and no-show
If you notify the recreation centre that you are cancelling the contract before the scheduled arrival day, the amount paid for accommodation services is refunded in full.
Before the arrival day means before the beginning of the calendar day of your scheduled arrival, according to local time at the recreation centre. For example, for arrival on 15 December, cancellation notified on 14 December is notified before the arrival day, regardless of the standard check-in time of 15:00.
For late cancellation, late arrival or no-show, the accommodation charge specified in the booking conditions may apply, but it must not exceed the price of one day's accommodation. Any more favourable conditions offered by the selected rate remain applicable.
The booking is held until 12:00 on the day following the scheduled arrival day. After this time, in the event of a no-show, the recreation centre may refuse further performance of the contract.
To cancel your booking or report a late arrival, use an available contact method listed in your booking or contact the recreation centre using the details below.
Conditions for separately purchased services are communicated before ordering. They do not alter the statutory right to a full refund for accommodation services when cancellation is notified before the arrival day.
Check-in documents for Russian citizens
Russian citizens must present an identity document for check-in, including:
- A Russian passport identifying its holder within the Russian Federation.
- A USSR passport identifying its holder within the Russian Federation until its replacement.
- A Russian passport identifying its holder outside the Russian Federation.
- A temporary identity certificate of a Russian citizen.
If the documents specified in paragraph 18 of Rules No. 1912 are unavailable, a Russian citizen is checked in using a Russian national driving licence.
Special requirements for minors are set out below.
Check-in of Russian minors
Children under 14 and minors aged 14 or over who have not yet received a Russian passport
Check-in requires the child's birth certificate and identity documents of the parents, legal representatives or accompanying person staying with the child. In the circumstances provided for by Rules No. 1912, the adult may present a Russian national driving licence.
If the accompanying person is not the child's parent or legal representative, consent from the child's parents or legal representatives for check-in is required.
Minors aged 14 to 17 who have an identity document
When staying with parents or legal representatives, the minor's and adults' documents must be presented.
When staying with another accompanying person, the minor's and accompanying person's documents must be presented, together with consent from the parents or legal representatives for check-in.
A Russian minor aged 14 or over may check in independently with an identity document and consent from the parents or legal representatives for check-in.
Before travelling, contact the administration to clarify which documents establish the legal representative's authority and to prepare consent if required.
Documents for foreign citizens and stateless persons
Foreign citizens must present a foreign passport or another document established by federal law or recognised under an international treaty of the Russian Federation as an identity document.
Documents for stateless persons include:
- A document issued by a foreign state and recognised under an international treaty of the Russian Federation as an identity document for a stateless person.
- A temporary residence permit for a stateless person.
- A residence permit for a stateless person.
- A temporary identity certificate for a stateless person in the Russian Federation.
Foreign citizens and stateless persons under 18 check in with parents, legal representatives or an accompanying person. Identity documents of the minor and adult must be presented. If the accompanying person is not a parent or legal representative, consent from the parents or legal representatives for check-in is required.
Migration registration is carried out in accordance with Russian legislation. The required documents depend on the guest's citizenship and legal status. Check with the administration before travelling.
Children's accommodation prices
When booking, enter each child's actual age. Accommodation, meal and additional service prices depend on the selected rate and are shown during booking.
Age groups used to calculate prices do not change the legal requirements for minors' documents and accompanying persons.
Accommodation conditions for apartments and cottages
At registration for a stay in apartments or cottages, a security deposit of 5,000 roubles is required.
The deposit is returned in full on departure if no damage or missing property is identified. The grounds and amount of any deduction for damage caused by the guest must comply with Russian legislation.
Accommodation with pets is available only in cottages.
