Necessary technologies

Necessary technologies support form sessions, CSRF and abuse protection, and saving your preferences. They are used only for these purposes. Refusing optional categories does not block bookings or application submission.

Optional categories

Analytics: Yandex Metrica. When permitted, technical identifiers, visited pages and actions are collected. Webvisor session recording is off. Application contents, contacts and recruitment application identifiers are not sent to analytics.

Advertising technologies: Top.Mail/VK. This category starts only when permitted. Permission for this category does not subscribe you to advertising messages.

Chat and maps: the Jivo widget and the main website’s interactive Yandex map load after this category is permitted. Without permission, you can use the published telephone, email and address. This category is off by default.

TravelLine booking remains available with “Necessary only”. The booking module has its own terms and technologies presented in its interface. These website controls manage the main website’s counters and do not replace the third-party module or browser settings.

Saving your choice

sld_cookie_choice contains the notice version, permitted categories, choice time and a random identifier. It expires after 180 days and uses Secure, SameSite=Lax and path /. A local-storage record with the same name synchronises the choice between tabs. When the cookie expires, a new choice is required. Contacts and application text are never included.

sld_waiter_application is a session cookie for the recruitment form, with Secure, HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax and path /jobs/waiter/. It supports the form session and request protection. _tl-booking-close saves the collapsed booking interface state; no expires value is set in the code. Old _tl-agreement and _tl-marketing flags are no longer used to authorise counters.

Controls

We use necessary technologies to operate this website and protect forms. Analytics and advertising technologies are enabled by your choice. You may change your choice in Cookie settings at any time.

Buttons: “Necessary only”, “Settings”, “Allow selected”. All optional categories are off until you choose. “Allow selected” saves only checked categories. Continuing to browse does not grant permission.

Cookie settings are always linked in the footer. When a previously granted permission is withdrawn, the page reloads to stop loaded services. This does not delete previously transmitted information. Accessible first-party counter cookies are cleared; third-party and HttpOnly cookies can be removed in your browser. Blocking cookies in your browser may affect forms or booking.
