Purposes and legal bases

Bookings and accommodation. Surname, given name, patronymic when supplied, telephone, email, citizenship, selected dates, party and accommodation details, booking parameters and wishes supplied by the guest are used to arrange and fulfil the booking. The main basis is entering into a contract at the guest’s request and performing that contract. Information required for statutory obligations at check-in is processed on the corresponding legal basis. The list of check-in documents does not mean that every online field collects passport information. Where a separate operation relies on consent, a separate consent describes its purpose and data.

Enquiries and events. A name, contact, message and necessary event details are used to answer a question, prepare a proposal at the applicant’s request and arrange the service. Depending on the enquiry, the basis is preparing or performing a contract, or separate consent for another specific purpose. Enquiry contacts are not automatically used for advertising.

Recruitment. The applicant’s name, surname and patronymic if supplied, telephone and/or profile link, preferred working arrangement and comment are used to consider the specific vacancy application. Birth year is not requested. Processing relies on separate consent for this application. This consent does not authorise a talent pool, advertising or publication.

Website operation and protection. HTTP request information, server logs and technical identifiers support form sessions, protection against forged requests and abuse, and saving your preferences. Necessary technologies are used for these purposes and described in the Cookie notice.

Analytics and advertising technologies. Optional services start after a voluntary choice of the corresponding category. They process technical identifiers, device information, visited pages and actions. Webvisor session recording is disabled. Message content, contact details and the recruitment application identifier are not sent to analytics. Services, retention and choices are described in the Cookie Notice.

Promotional messages. These require separate voluntary prior advertising consent and a lawful basis for processing the contact for this purpose. Declining does not prevent a booking, enquiry or recruitment application. A service message about an existing booking or application is not advertising merely because it is sent electronically.

Processing methods and recipients

Information is processed automatically and, where needed, by employees with access according to their duties. Operations include collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, use, transfer to authorised recipients to the extent necessary, restriction, deletion and destruction.

Bookings are processed through TravelLine. Its published terms identify OOO “TRAVEL LINE SYSTEMS”, INN 1215180595, address: 424031, Yoshkar-Ola, Komsomolskaya Street, building 112, Republic of Mari El, Russia. Information is stored in the service and may be supplied to the operator’s employees in notifications. Processing on the operator’s behalf is governed by the contract.

Own forms are hosted by Beget. Its public details identify OOO “Beget”, INN 7801451618, address: 195112, Saint Petersburg, Karl Faberge Square, building 8B, office 726A, Russia. Recruitment applications are sent to market@dachaladoga.ru through Yandex mail, smtp.yandex.ru. Privacy enquiries for applicants should be sent to pita@dachaladoga.ru.

Chat uses Jivo. Its published details identify OOO “Zhivoy Sayt”, INN 7725745476, address: 115280, Moscow, Leninskaya Sloboda Street, building 19, Omega-Plaza, floor 4, office 21G1, Russia. Chat and the map on the main website load after permission for “Chat and maps”.

When a guest chooses social login or a payment method in TravelLine, the selected provider’s terms presented in the module also apply. The website does not request bank card details in its own form. Interactive maps are provided by Yandex.

Optional analytics use Yandex Metrica. Optional advertising technologies use Top.Mail/VK (a service of OOO “VK”). These services receive technical information about visits and actions. Application contents, contacts and recruitment application identifiers are not sent to these counters. No blanket permission to transfer information to unspecified third parties is used.

Locations and retention

Processing of Russian citizens’ information is subject to Russian requirements for databases used when collecting personal data. You can request the actual storage locations and recipients relevant to your application from the appropriate operator using the contacts above.

Where a particular operation involves a cross-border transfer, it is permitted only subject to applicable legal requirements, including the required notification procedure. Russian hosting alone does not describe every operation of third-party services.

Recruitment applications are retained for 90 days from submission unless employment creates a separate lawful retention requirement. The period also covers the application queue, mail notifications and relevant copies under the deletion procedure. After the period or earlier withdrawal, information used solely for this purpose is deleted or destroyed as provided by law. Existing applicants are not automatically added to a talent pool.

TravelLine is configured to retain booking information for three years after departure. Contractual, accounting and other required documents are retained for the periods established by law for their purpose and obligation. Those periods may differ from the booking service setting.

Chat and event enquiries are retained for 90 days after closure, except for information retained on a separate lawful basis relating to a contract or another obligation.

Server logs, analytics identifiers and backups are retained within the periods necessary for website operation, protection and recovery. Once a purpose is fulfilled, a period expires or a basis ends, information must be deleted or destroyed unless statutory retention applies. Withdrawal does not end processing that lawfully continues on another basis.

Deletion must cover all repositories relevant to the purpose: the website database, queue, mail, booking service and available copies. Backups are protected from ordinary use and expire under a retention cycle. If restored, registered deletion requirements must be reapplied. Destruction is documented where required by law.

Your rights

You may request information about processing, correction, restriction or destruction where provided by law, withdraw consent, stop advertising, and contact Roskomnadzor or a court. Use the contacts above. To protect information, the operator may reasonably verify the requester using only necessary details.

Access requests are answered within the statutory period: normally 10 working days, with a reasoned extension of up to five working days where permitted. Advertising opt-outs are carried out without delay. Optional technology preferences can be changed through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawal does not stop processing that lawfully continues on a different basis.

Protection and policy changes

The operator establishes access restrictions, protection measures, procedures for requests and incident response, and controls over processors and retention.

The page displays the policy’s date and version. Previous versions are retained. A new policy version does not automatically authorise additional purposes requiring consent; separate consent is requested where needed.
