"VIP-cottage" is a spacious cottage with three bedrooms and extra beds in the living room and rest room. The cottage has everything for a long-term vacation with a large family or company. There is a comfortable dressing room in the entrance area. On the ground floor there is a large living /dining room with fireplace and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with household appliances and utensils. Separate exit to the veranda. The veranda overlooks the park and the Volkhov River. There is a private barbecue area next to the veranda. The second floor has three bedrooms. Each floor has bathrooms and showers. In the basement there is a sauna with showers and a jacuzzi, as well as a relaxation room with upholstered furniture.
